Kaid Sauvignon Blanc Alessandro di Camporeale, an International vine gives life to a strong personality wine.
Kaid Sauvignon Blanc Alessandro di Camporeale, wine of great elegance and personality, is the fruit of Alessandro’s experience and experimentations. Although it is an international grape variety, this wine fully represents its production area, a wide expression of Sicilian land.
The grapes that give life to Kaid Sauvignon Blanc are cultivated in the highest area of the estate at 490-500 metres above the sea level, they are hand harvested in the second half of August in small crates and the fermentation evolves for 15 days at low temperature in order to exalt Sauvignon’s typical flavours.
Kaid Sauvignon Blanc is a very mineral wine, with a long persistence that can be perfectly matched to fish dishes.
